BD Jelly Terms & Conditions – Everything You Need to Know About Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions have been written with Bangladeshi users in mind. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, BD Jelly's interpretation shall be considered final.

To open an account with BD Jelly, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are currently located in Bangladesh.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any country or region where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• Your account has not been previously cancelled or suspended by BD Jelly.
• All information provided at the time of registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

During registration, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and payment details. BD Jelly may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is your responsibility. BD Jelly will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with others.

BD Jelly currently supports the following payment methods:

• Maximum win limit: The maximum payout for a single bet is ৳5 lakh. Different limits apply for multiple bets or accumulators.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BD Jelly reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BD Jelly platform:

• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.

• Participating in match-fixing or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate BD Jelly's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

BD Jelly reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any provision of the Terms and Conditions has been violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent transactions has been found.

Before cancelling an account, BD Jelly will make every effort to return any valid balance, though it may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.

BD Jelly believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We provide the following tools to help keep our users safe:

• Daily Deposit Limit: Set your own daily deposit limit.
• Weekly Betting Limit: Set a weekly betting limit before you start.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently.
